New Fitness Bootcamp starting soon at Melbourne Park
A new Fitness Bootcamp will start at Melbourne Park from the 1st of September. Lisa, professionnal fitness coach will run this high intensity 45 minute session. She will challenge you and push you to improve regularly your physical and mental strength. Session time: 7.15am-8.00am on Wednesdays at the Gymnasium, Melbourne Park. Price: Casual: $18/session, TW member: $16/session Multivisit pass (10 sessions): Casual: $120, TW member: $100 Bookings are essential. Call 1300 TENNIS (1300 836 647). Personnal training also available: Lisa offers also a Personnal Training service. Prices: $80/hour*, $45/30 minutes*. Multivisit pass (10 x 1hour): $720*. *TW members receive 10% discount.

New low impact tennis workouts for beginners available on Thursday morning
New tennis workout sessions run every Thursday morning for beginners who wish to enjoy playing tennis in a friendly environment. The session is run during one hour, at a lower intensity and with a focus on technical improvement Session strictly reserved to beginners. 5 participants maximum per court.
