What is Talent Search & Development?
Tennis Australia's Talent Search & Development program forms the base of the Athlete Development Pathway. It's focus is to identify and develop talented 6-12-year-old athletes.

Talent Search & Development seeks to:

• identify and develop the most promising under 12-year-old players in Australia
• track the development of our most promising 12 and under athletes
• spread the word about the Talent Search & Development program.
